Job Description:

Acting as a trusted recruitment partner, Lawes Recruitment is working alongside a growing insurance business to recruit a talented Account Executive for its Private Client division. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-net-worth, mid-market, and emerging wealth clients, delivering tailored personal insurance solutions across home, motor, travel, and lifestyle risks. This is a client-facing role focused on retention, growth, and service excellence in a high-performing, forward-thinking environment with strong private equity backing.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and retain a portfolio of Private Client and HNW accounts, acting as a trusted advisor
Identify new business opportunities within the portfolio and through referrals and market engagement
Oversee renewals and policy adjustments to ensure clients’ coverage stays aligned with their evolving needs
Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive, bespoke terms on behalf of clients
Maintain full FCA compliance and uphold all internal risk and audit procedures
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Keep informed on market developments to advise clients effectively and share knowledge internally

Requirements:

Proven experience within Private Client, Mid-Market, or Emerging Wealth insurance sectors
Strong working knowledge of personal lines products relevant to HNW clients
Track record of managing client portfolios and delivering exceptional service
Experience with insurance systems and back-office platforms
Cert CII qualification or progression towards it is desirable
