Job Responsibility:

  • Identify, source, and close new business opportunities
  • Balance contacting warm inbound leads for your pipeline and working a targeted account list
  • Position the value of Agorapulse’s software with the Inbound methodology to medium-sized businesses
  • Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey to help them learn how Agorapulse can grow their business impact from social media
  • Identify and Prospect into good fit accounts that may or may not have Agorapulse knowledge or experience
  • Manage a pipeline of both inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers
  • Dissect and qualify prospects’ business goals to determine if Agorapulse can be a strategic investment for their business growth
  • Close business with new customers at or above the quota level
  • Partner with the marketing department to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future

Requirements:

  • Over 2 years of full-cycle sales experience, from prospecting to closing new business in Mid Market
  • Strong hunter mentality, with a proactive approach to attracting new clients through varied outbound methods
  • Open mindset focused on persistence, resilience, and are highly coachable
  • Can work autonomously while effectively communicating with internal teams remotely
  • Maintain a positive outlook, a growth mindset, and take full responsibility for both your successes and failures
  • Excel in consultative selling and closing, focusing on outcome-based conversations rather than just the product
  • Demonstrate top-tier organizational skills, following a repeatable sales process
  • Have a sharp focus on your goals, believing that your daily, weekly, and monthly activities will drive you to achieve them
  • Able to work in full remote from Canada
