We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Account Executive to drive ElevenLabs’ growth across Fortune 500 brands, global agencies, and major music and entertainment companies. Our ideal candidate is passionate about the transformative possibilities of generative AI and voice technology, and eager to act as a strategic partner, enabling creative organizations to leverage our industry-leading models and platform to reimagine how they produce content, develop campaigns, and build new sonic identities. Given our momentum in enterprise adoption, we’re looking for a builder dedicated to driving adoption of the ElevenLabs Creative Platform. This person will work heavily across marketing, and music while also partnering closely with product and engineering to deliver meaningful value for our customers.
Job Responsibility:
Build and manage a growing portfolio of enterprise customers adopting ElevenLabs’ Creative Platform to transform how global brands, agencies, and music companies create and produce content at scale
Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs’ generative AI and voice technology can revolutionise creative workflows across marketing, and music production
Develop a deep understanding of the creative AI landscape- including customer use cases in advertising, branded content, and music, as well as competitive platforms and emerging generative trends
Demonstrate expertise, or a strong willingness to learn, about generative AI, voice synthesis, and creative automation, and how ElevenLabs’ technology can unlock value for marketers, creators, and musicians alike
Design and execute account strategies targeting enterprise verticals such as consumer packaged goods (CPG), creative agencies, media, entertainment, and music
Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and Solutions Engineering to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and long-term success of enterprise customers
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior creative, marketing, and music executives, educating them on the future of AI-powered storytelling, sonic branding, and content creation
Requirements:
3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to creative, generative AI, music, or marketing technology platforms
Deep understanding of procurement and legal processes, with an ability to accelerate deal velocity
Experience selling technical or creative solutions to marketing, innovation, or production leaders
ability to translate advanced AI capabilities into both business and creative value
Strong executive presence and ability to build strategic relationships at the C-suite and creative leadership level
Comfortable operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment, including developing new playbooks and go-to-market strategies from the ground up
Passion for creativity, storytelling, and sound and how AI can transform the future of content and music production
A hybrid of customer-centric and product-driven mentality, focused on adoption, value realization, and scale
