Job Description:

Working within a team servicing major Brands. The role is very much about building strong relationships with clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and respond to day-to-day enquiries
  • Studio briefing
  • Raising estimates and booking in work with production
  • Proof-reading and checking files before they go to print
  • Building strong relationships with clients
  • Taking effective written and verbal briefs and working with all departments, including our large creative design studio

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and excellent time-management
  • Previous experience in account management
  • Knowledge of POS would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Ability to react to challenging client requests or escalating requirements as needed and juggle multiple account management projects at a time, whilst maintain sharp attention to detail
  • Good working levels of Windows and Excel are essential
  • Experience of Tharstern would be useful however full training will be provided to the right candidate

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of POS
  • Experience of Tharstern
