They are building out their US accounts leadership team and this is a significant opportunity — owning a portfolio of high-value client relationships, driving commercial growth, and helping define what best-in-class influencer marketing looks like at scale.
Job Responsibility
Own and lead a portfolio of high-value client accounts, serving as their senior trusted partner
Respond to client briefs and coordinate your team to develop bold, insight-led campaign strategies
Write compelling proposals and pitch persuasively to senior stakeholders
Oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, keeping cross-functional teams aligned and flagging risks early with solutions ready
Share regular, thorough updates and reporting with clients across email, calls, and face-to-face meetings
Present with confidence at kick-off meetings, pitches, and post-campaign reviews
Drive new business growth — representing account management in pitches and identifying upsell opportunities within existing accounts
Proactively bring new ideas and strategic recommendations to clients based on deep knowledge of their business and objectives
Build strong, lasting client relationships that translate into account growth
Mentor and develop junior team members, supporting their growth into well-rounded marketers
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a client servicing role at an agency, with dedicated influencer or social media marketing experience
Genuine passion for influencer marketing and a sophisticated understanding of the social and creator landscape
Proven ability to independently lead and grow large, complex client accounts
Strong track record of upselling and presenting ideas confidently to senior stakeholders
Experience working across beauty, fashion, or FMCG verticals is a strong plus
Exceptional organizational skills across a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Experience managing and developing junior team members
Calm, solutions-oriented, and detail-driven — even under pressure
