The Account Director is accountable for developing and implementing an account plan which will delight our clients and ensure a healthy long-term relationship. The Account Director anticipates client needs and delivers to outperform on the key performance indicators within the contract and builds financial plans while striving to exceed revenue and profitability. He/she creates and manages high performing teams which not only delivers operational excellence but keeps employees engaged and thriving.
Job Responsibility:
Establish the vision and strategy of the account plan ensuring alignment with the client's objectives
Drive the account plan to deliver high-quality results that exceed client expectations
Become a reference for best-in-class service delivery
Recognize opportunities for account growth
Ensure the best-qualified candidate is hired for all roles on the account
Thoroughly and critically assess direct reports and their underlying team
Build actionable and measurable career development plans for direct reports
Advance the firm’s diversity and inclusion priorities
Provide point in time coaching to elevate performance
Manage account financials to ensure plan is met or exceeded
Retain all current business lines and expand the book of business
Mitigate risk for the organization by ensuring A/R is maintained
Bring to the organization any leading practices and/or innovations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
MBA is desirable
Eight or more years of progressive experience in commercial real estate including retail property management, with multiple property responsibilities preferred
In-depth understanding of the financial aspects of site performance
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
