Job Description:

As an Account Director at CVS Health, you will serve as the senior-level liaison for clients within their group retiree line of business, growing the business through retention and offering cost-saving solutions to existing clients. You will lead a strategic account team, deliver financial performance reporting, recommend CVS Health solutions, and contribute to the competitive PBM marketplace.

Job Responsibility:

leading the strategic account team as the quarterback with full ownership for client satisfaction and service delivery
developing and delivering quarterly and annual reporting to clients on their drug trend and financial performance
facilitating the identification of client cost-saving opportunities
offering cost-saving solutions using consultative selling skills
recommending CVS Health solutions to meet key client needs
formulating responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs) through internal collaboration
executing client renewals by building relationships with key client stakeholders
asking probing questions to drive innovation in pharmacy benefit plan designs
functioning as a leader for the account team
influencing others to deliver results for the client
retaining assigned book of business
achieving above average client satisfaction scores
understanding Medicare regulations, commercial benefits, and plan administration differences
positioning CVS Health solutions effectively to client decision makers

Requirements:

7+ years of strong experience in areas such as PBM or health plan account management, account services, implementation, Medicare, and/or related sales
must possess a valid and current driver’s license
must possess personal vehicle sufficiently reliable to meet the requirements of the job and is appropriately insured
HS Diploma/GED required
