We're looking for an experienced Account Director who will be responsible for leading key client relationships, driving account growth, delivery excellence, and team collaboration. This role partners closely with clients and internal teams to turn business goals into actionable plans, oversee integrated marketing programs, and expand long-term client partnerships.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and grow a portfolio of client accounts, serving as a trusted strategic partner
Identify and drive account expansion opportunities and revenue growth
Oversee scopes, budgets, timelines, forecasting, and profitability
Lead integrated marketing initiatives across brand, content, performance, and digital
Support and contribute to client pitches and business planning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery
Mentor and support junior account team members
Requirements:
7+ years in client services or account leadership
3–5+ years managing people
Experience in a digital-first or integrated agency environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong integrated marketing experience and business acumen
Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and account profitability
Excellent client communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience leading teams and navigating complex workflows
