Account Management sits at the heart of what this agency does. As Account Director, you will be a trusted senior partner to some of their most important clients — leading strategy, overseeing campaign delivery, developing your team, and driving commercial growth across your accounts. You will work closely with strategy, creative, paid social, design, and tech teams to deliver campaigns that genuinely move the needle. Each AD owns a distinct account from day one — either a major beauty brand, an iconic US fashion brand, or a group of leading retail clients. You will have direct access to senior brand stakeholders including CMOs, and will be expected to show up as a strategic partner, not just an executional lead.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and independently manage large-scale influencer and social campaigns end to end, from brief through delivery and post-campaign analysis
Serve as the primary trusted point of contact for senior client stakeholders, leading regular calls, presentations, and face-to-face meetings
Respond to client briefs and coordinate internal teams — including strategy, creative, and paid — to develop bold, effective work aligned to campaign objectives
Write clear proposals and craft persuasive pitches that bring strategy and creative recommendations to life
Oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, staying across progress and proactively flagging risks alongside solutions
Contribute to new business as part of the pitch team
Proactively identify growth opportunities within your accounts and develop routes to expand the relationship
Mentor, manage, and develop junior team members, supporting their growth into well-rounded practitioners
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a client servicing role at an agency, working with high-profile clients
Dedicated influencer marketing agency background — you must have managed large-scale influencer programmes, not just used influencers occasionally as part of a broader remit
Beauty industry experience is strongly preferred for the beauty account vertical
Proven experience managing and developing junior team members
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead multiple accounts simultaneously to an extremely high standard
Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and comfortable having strategic conversations that influence client decisions
Calm under pressure, a strong listener, and someone who leads by example
Ambitious, hands-on, and motivated by the opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling team — not by title or comp alone
