Job Description:

Account Director - Freelance (Remote) role at Coffee ‘n Clothes (CNC), an experiential agency that blends culture, creativity, and commerce to create unforgettable brand experiences. You turn big ideas into unforgettable experiences—leading clients and internal teams, crafting killer strategies, and making magic happen every step of the way!

Job Responsibility:

  • Become our clients’ trusted and respected go-to person, from the early stages of discussing possible projects, through development and delivery, to analyzing their success
  • Shape experiential strategies that engage, inspire, and deliver measurable impact
  • Pitch fresh, innovative marketing ideas
  • Lead key accounts, ensuring top-notch service and strategic growth
  • Identify organic growth opportunities and drive retention
  • Draft and manage against comprehensive scopes of work
  • Oversee multiple large-scale accounts and activations with precision
  • Clearly communicate project goals and timelines to internal teams
  • Create standout presentations that captivate clients
  • Monitor event performance by creating and discussing KPI’s
  • Take responsibility for the financial performance of the projects
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire Account Managers and Coordinators
  • Guide and support freelance staff
  • Foster a team culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring new ideas to the table
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative, Production, and Strategy teams

Requirements:

  • Client & Account Management – Experience handling high-profile brands & six-figure to multi-million-dollar accounts
  • Experiential Marketing Mastery – Expertise in activations, pop-ups, and live events ranging from B2C to B2B
  • Strategic Thinker – Ability to craft and execute marketing strategies that drive business goals
  • Budget & Financial Oversight – Sharp financial instincts with a deep understanding of event costs and budget planning
  • Creative Development – Experience working with creative directors, designers, copywriters
  • Event Compliance Knowledge – Understanding of permits, regulations, and safety requirements
  • Leadership & Team Management – You’re an inspiring leader who uplifts and empowers your team
  • Strong Communicator – Whether pitching clients or rallying internal teams, you articulate ideas clearly
  • Problem-Solver & Adaptable – Cool under pressure, quick to adjust when the unexpected happens
