Mindgruve is seeking an experienced Account Director with a proven track record of leading key accounts and managing large-scale, integrated campaigns. This person’s role will be to manage, maintain, strengthen and grow client relationships through strategy, oversight and meticulous account management. The ideal candidate will have significant experience at a major ad or digital agency leading key accounts that include both creative and media efforts, prioritizing client marketing strategy, project workflow and overall client satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Lead key client accounts and drive client satisfaction
Oversee client account team members by mentoring and maintaining best practices
Leads strategically, focused on big picture of client’s marketing efforts with an ability to also grasp the minutia of day-to-day tasks
Runs all meetings are impeccably with set-up, delivery of work, summary of feedback and agreement of next steps
Develop client presentations and play an active role in upselling clients
Drives next steps and actions with urgency, pace and authority
Work with project management team to deliver requisite client projects on time and budget with special attention to profitability, tracking and management of resource consumption
Provide clear and detailed communication, both written and verbal, for clients, vendors, contractors and internal teams
Managerial responsibility of Account Coordinator or Account Manager
Assist the creative and development teams by clearly outlining client needs and goals through the use of project and creative briefs
Proactively identify project risks and create mitigation strategies
Act as the primary point of contact at Mindgruve for key clients
Educate clients on new trends, strategies and opportunities to improve their marketing campaigns
Requirements:
8+ years experience managing large accounts at a marketing agency
Meticulous organization skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Impeccable documentation and admin skills
Working knowledge and familiarity with various digital technologies/applications
Familiarity with creative and strategic process, campaign and communications planning, web development life cycles, social media, email marketing and online campaigns
Experience working on accounts with media planning, buying and performance marketing including analytics and reporting
Experience writing proposals, estimates, RFPs, and scope of work documents
Ability to act as the key point of contact for client relationships and communication
Experienced in crafting marketing and project roadmaps to organize annual marketing efforts
Managerial experience of Account Coordinator or Account Manager
Based local to Nashville, TN and available to work a hybrid schedule out of the Nashville office
