We're looking for an Account Director to own the senior client relationship across a portfolio of brands in The Good Economy. You'll be the senior partner who sets ambition with the client, brings the right TGI capabilities to bear, and makes sure we're delivering work the client actually believes in. This is for an operator who's lived a few client-side conversations - comfortable presenting strategy to a CMO, calmly steering a difficult feedback round, and confident shaping a growth plan. You'll lead a multi-disciplinary team of social, influencer, paid, and strategy talent, and you'll own commercial outcomes for the accounts under you.
Job Responsibility
Own a portfolio of senior client relationships - CMOs, Marketing Directors, founders
Set the ambition with each client and lead quarterly business reviews
Shape the agency response to commercial, creative and operational asks
Be a trusted advisor on brand, growth and what's next - not just delivery
Lead the strategic narrative across your accounts - connecting brand, social, influencer and paid into one story
Bring outside context into the room: industry shifts, competitor moves, audience changes
Lead a multi-disciplinary team of managers and execs across social, influencer, paid and strategy

Requirements
5+ years in agency-side client leadership with a portfolio of senior accounts you've owned end-to-end
