We are looking for an Account Director who's an Italian native to lead the local market social strategy and client relationship for Ford in Italy. You'll work with our Italian clients (in local language) to deliver our social strategy in their market, leading a small team of freelancers on the ground in Rome to build community, ideate & create content all of which is rooted in Italian market knowledge and insights.
Job Responsibility:
Account leadership: Ensuring output for your market is in line with the overall social strategy and working with teams to execute against that strategy
Relationship development: As the main point of contact for your clients you will be responsible for fostering collaborative, trusting and constructive relationships
Project management: Organising key calls, meetings and Quarterly Reviews
Overseeing delivery: Work with a group of local market freelancers in Rome, Italy to deliver social-first work
Local market visits: Organise regular (likely monthly) visits to Rome
Commercial management: Ensuring accurate delivery of scope of work, reporting on commercial performance monthly
Requirements:
Italian native
London-based
Fluent in English
4+ years of experience in a Client Services role in an agency setting
Passionate about improving client experience
Good understanding of social first delivery (strategy, creative, media and management)
Good understanding of the principles of good project management and Client Services
Proven track record of retaining, developing and growing accounts
