Job Description:

CLYDE is a fast-paced, impact agency committed to delivering innovative, strategic, and visually compelling communications solutions. We are seeking a talented and dynamic Account Director to join our growing team. You will be at the forefront of shaping and executing fully integrated campaigns that build upon both marketing and communications tactics to make a tangible impact for our clients.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as a trusted strategic partner across a diverse portfolio of clients
Lead the development and execution of integrated creative communications programs
Identify emerging issues, opportunities, and trends and confidently recommend strategy pivots
Ensure excellence across deliverables by driving clarity, quality, structure, and deadlines
Manage day-to-day coordination across complex, fast-moving workstreams
Lead account operations and financials, including SOW development, budget management, forecasting
Stand up new client accounts with confidence and structure
Develop and deliver high-quality presentations
Drive new business efforts, including proposal development, case study creation, pitch writing
Manage and mentor junior team members
Support broader CLYDE initiatives such as award submissions, agency visibility programs

Requirements:

6-8 years of integrated communications experience
Direct supervisor for 1-3 team members
Strongly collaborative with other team members and departments
Plays a support role to the overall client lead on overall business operations, including resourcing and budget stewardship
Play a meaningful role in the business development process
Understands outcomes over outputs, and can move from tactical execution to strategic development
Plays a significant role in guiding the professional development of members on the account team
Strongly focus on self-guided development
Has a strong understanding of client onboarding materials and can set up accounts effectively
