We are looking for Account Director to join our team at TikTok in London. Salary: £70,000 per annum. Working Pattern: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday). Location: London. Role Overview: The Account Director will have overall responsibility for a high-profile TikTok contract across three London locations. This is a strategic leadership role focused on client relationships, commercial performance, innovation, people leadership, and contract growth. The contract operates through a Central Production Unit (CPU) delivery model, with food produced centrally and delivered to site. As such, the Account Director will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery, quality, presentation and consistency of food and hospitality services across all locations, while driving operational excellence and client satisfaction. The role sits above the site General Managers, who oversee the day-to-day operations. The Account Director will focus on the wider account strategy, ensuring the contract continues to evolve and deliver an exceptional workplace hospitality and catering experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and develop a team of three General Managers
  • Lead the successful delivery and execution of a Central Production Unit (CPU) food model across multiple sites
  • Build and maintain senior client relationships across TikTok
