We’re looking for a commercially driven Account Director to join our Network Billed Mobile Sales team. Please note, candidates must be based in the South as this role requires regular travel across our partner base across the South coast of England. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth through our indirect channel, working closely with a diverse partner base while identifying new business opportunities. Job Responsibility
Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding mobile sales targets
Build and maintain a high-quality, sustainable sales pipeline
Develop and execute strategic account plans for your partners
Conduct regular face-to-face partner meetings (minimum 5 per week)
Identify and convert upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities
Acquire and onboard new reseller partners to expand market reach
Deliver engaging presentations and proposals to stakeholders at all levels
Produce accurate forecasts, reports, and CRM updates
Strengthen partner capability through training, support, and enablement
Share market insight and competitor intelligence to inform strategy
Drive adoption and usage of the Cloud Market Portal
Collaborate internally to enhance partner experience and NPS
Requirements
Proven success in mobile telecoms sales, ideally within an indirect/channel model
Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and closing skills
Experience managing and growing reseller partner relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Commercially astute with a strategic mindset
Highly self-driven and able to manage your own territory
Strong organisational and time management skills
Full UK driving licence
