Job Responsibility

  • Develops, executes and updates leisure segments strategy for the market, action plans against existing and new target accounts to achieve and exceed sales quotas
  • Identifies new accounts for acquisition through a variety of channels
  • Converts new accounts into loyal accounts
  • Attends trade shows, conferences and industry meetings
  • Plans and executes sales trips (national & international), sales calls, site visits and client entertainment

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • Previous senior leisure sales leadership experience recommended
  • Knowledge of Wholesale, Consortia and Tour Operators segment
  • Experienced in the German/UK and CIS market is a plus
  • Having UAE experience with DMCs is a plus
  • Understand international feeder markets and buying behaviours
  • Possess strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Proven prospecting and new business development abilities
