Job Description

We are looking for a high-impact Account Director to lead and expand our most critical relationships within the Financial Services sector. You are responsible for the long-term vision and commercial health of a concentrated book of Enterprise accounts. In this role, you won't just manage accounts; you will be the lead architect for AlphaSense's growth within the world's most sophisticated investment banks, asset managers, and hedge funds.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by accurately forecasting expansion, identifying churn risks, and delivering on aggressive growth targets
  • Partner with global sales team and customer success managers to execute strategic client growth plan
  • Own end-to-end renewal process, acting as primary lead on all commercial negotiations
  • Transition AlphaSense from vendor to strategic business partner by cultivating network of champions and executive sponsors
  • Serve as advocate for AlphaSense to client and client advocate within AlphaSense
  • Lead QBRs and executive briefings - often traveling to financial hubs
  • Drive new user onboarding and execute insight-driven outreach to maintain high engagement and adoption
