Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Account Development Representatives across Europe and APAC
  • Manage the full team lifecycle: recruit, onboard, and train new hires, set clear KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide ongoing coaching and training
  • Develop and implement scalable outreach strategies, cadences, and workflows that maximize ADR efficiency
  • Serve as a thought leader by understanding industry trends, client challenges, and market segmentation
  • Aggregate market information and provide creative feedback to stakeholders to refine the GTM strategy
  • Oversee inbound and outbound lead generation strategies, ensuring alignment with marketing, field sales, and partner managers
  • Coach the team on best practices for outbound campaigns and lead nurturing
  • Ensure application of BANT, CHAMP, and SPIN methodologies
  • Manage the successful handover of qualified opportunities
  • Be data-driven to accurately forecast lead conversion and proactively build the required pipeline
  • Leverage sales engagement platforms to monitor activity, report on team performance, and provide insights

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience managing a global sales development team, with a strong track record of supporting and building high-performing ADR or Inside Sales teams and exceeding pipeline generation targets
  • Experience in selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment
  • Deep understanding of sales development best practices, lead generation strategies, and CRM technologies
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with a passion for developing talent
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Hands-on, strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable team goals and demonstrate creative thinking for new opportunities

Proven experience in the Financial Services industry preferred (Financial Crime is a plus)
