Job Responsibility:
Drive inbound and outbound pipeline for Fever for Business' corporate ticketing offering
Manage and close group ticket sales opportunities, leading the full sales cycle from qualification to payment reception
Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and cadences to maximize engagement and conversion
Maintain excellent CRM hygiene and ensure accurate forecasting to keep the team aligned on targets
Collaborate closely with Billing, Project Managers, and Sales team to align campaigns, share insights, and enhance commercial impact
Track and report key KPIs (SQLs generated, pipeline value, conversion rates, closed-won revenue) and iterate based on performance data
Act as an ambassador for Fever's mission to democratize culture and entertainment for corporate audiences
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher education from a top university or business school
Strong interest in Sales
Proven experience in B2B Sales, ideally in sales development or business development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and building processes from scratch
Creative thinker with strong data-driven decision-making skills
Skilled in crafting presentations and written pitch materials
