We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Account Coordinator to join our client service team. This is a foundational, client-facing role designed to support our Account Managers and Project Managers in keeping projects moving, communication tight, and clients confident in the work. In this role, you won’t be expected to own a full portfolio right away. Instead, you’ll play a critical support role across multiple accounts, helping manage timelines, document action items, coordinate across teams, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll gain exposure to strategy, marketing execution, budgeting, and client communication while building the skills needed to eventually manage accounts independently. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their agency or marketing career who thrives on structure, loves organization, and wants a clear path toward becoming an Account Manager.
Job Responsibility:
Support Account Managers with client communication, scheduling meetings, drafting agendas, sending follow-ups
Support Project Managers by tracking tasks, updating timelines, coordinating with internal teams
Keep projects moving by monitoring task flows and following up with stakeholders
Run efficient meetings by documenting discussions and summarizing next steps
Manage scope and budgets by tracking retainer hours and project budgets
Communicate marketing value by supporting reporting efforts
Coordinate internally to ensure teams are prepared and aligned
Grow into client ownership over time
Requirements:
2–4 years in account management, project management, or client services at a creative, branding, or digital marketing agency
A documented track record of self-direction
Project exposure supporting or running marketing or design projects
Strong communicator
Organized & detail-oriented
Digital marketing fluency with working knowledge of paid ads, SEO, email, social, and analytics
Technical familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools, time tracking software, resource planning, Figma, and Google Workspace
