Involved Media is looking for an Account Coordinator to support the execution of cross-channel campaigns across linear TV, OTT/CTV, and digital. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day operational management of campaigns across multiple clients, products, and channels. You’ll work closely with client service, media, analytics, finance, and creative teams to ensure campaigns launch accurately, run efficiently, and deliver against client goals.
Job Responsibility:
Execute day-to-day operational processes to ensure client deliverables are completed accurately and on time
Manage project plans, timelines, weekly status documents, meeting recaps, and media briefs
Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand client goals and key performance metrics
Work closely with analytics and media teams to identify root causes of performance trends and support optimization efforts
Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research leveraging first-party and/or third-party data
Support campaign setup, creative execution, ad trafficking, and ongoing campaign management in alignment with established workflows
Handle weekly and monthly invoicing in partnership with the finance team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Develop positive working relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners
Contribute ideas to improve internal processes and workflows as needed
Maintain high standards of customer service, operational excellence, and attention to detail across all assigned accounts
Requirements:
1–2+ years of experience in customer service, marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills
Interest in performance or digital media
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Nice to have:
Prior experience in performance or digital media is a plus
