We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Coordinator (Kontokoordinator) to support the management of client accounts and ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining strong client relationships, supporting account operations, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Support account managers in the day-to-day management of client accounts
Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
Maintain and update account records, contracts, and documentation
Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and performance summaries
Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are met according to agreed schedules
Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex matters when necessary
Support billing and invoicing processes in collaboration with finance teams
Track account performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition into services
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
Previous experience in account coordination, customer service, or administrative roles
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Familiarity with international business environments is an advantage
