As an Account Coordinator at HSL, you will be integral to our operations, supporting service delivery while ensuring customer satisfaction and internal efficiency. Job Responsibility:
Create and maintain contract files, ensuring all relevant information is included and orders are entered into the contract register
Generate contract correspondence and create service directors to manage the service programme
Perform invoicing on Sage, ensuring entries are accurately recorded in the contract register against the relevant order
Update contract registers with completed works from Parts Usage for work in progress by the end of each Tuesday
Provide updates to programmes and offer support to the Account Manager on operational tasks
Act as a liaison between departments to meet the needs of engineers and clients
Handle incoming calls and enquiries from customers and engineers, responding promptly and efficiently
Raise calls to engineers for additional work requirements as needed
Provide general administrative support, assisting managers with account-related tasks
Maintain the quality management system and provide necessary information to the central services team
Log and manage customer, site, and supplier enquiries/complaints, ensuring they are assigned to the right person for resolution
Ensure a safe working environment, maintain office supplies, and use equipment efficiently while considering environmental impact
