Job Responsibility
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
Answer customer inquiries via phone and email
Prepare quotes, invoices, and customer documentation
Process customer purchase orders and sales invoices
Coordinate outbound freight shipments
Assist with customer collections when needed
Review and proofread quotes and invoices for accuracy
Support and help oversee junior team members
Work cross-functionally with operations and internal teams
Requirements
Strong customer service and communication skills
Previous experience in account coordination, customer support, administrative support, or sales support preferred
Comfortable working in Excel and learning new systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
