We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Account Coordinator to join our client service team. This is a foundational, client-facing role designed to support our Account Managers and Project Managers in keeping projects moving, communication tight, and clients confident in the work. In this role, you’ll play a critical support role across multiple accounts, helping manage timelines, document action items, coordinate across teams, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll gain exposure to strategy, marketing execution, budgeting, and client communication while building the skills needed to eventually manage accounts independently.
Job Responsibility:
Support Account Managers with client communication, scheduling, drafting agendas, follow-ups
Support Project Managers by tracking tasks, updating timelines, coordinating internal teams
Keep projects moving by monitoring task flows and following up with stakeholders
Run efficient meetings, document discussions, summarize next steps
Manage scope and budgets, track retainer hours, flag scope creep
Communicate marketing value, support reporting efforts
Coordinate internally to ensure team alignment
Grow into client ownership over time
Requirements:
2–4 years in account management, project management, or client services at a creative, branding, or digital marketing agency
A documented track record of self-direction
Project exposure supporting or running marketing or design projects
Strong communicator
Organized & detail-oriented
Digital marketing fluency (paid ads, SEO, email, social, and analytics)
Technical familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools, time tracking software, resource planning, Figma, Google Workspace
