Youtech is looking for a talented Account Coordinator to join our team. This position is full-time in-house and in office Monday-Friday. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between customers and our cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of their goals, needs, and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Manage day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of assets, deliverables, and reports to meet client deadlines
Assist in the planning, implementation, and tracking of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email, etc.)
Work closely with creative, marketing, and development teams to ensure projects are aligned with client objectives and executed efficiently
Identify opportunities for account growth, such as upselling additional services or recommending new strategies to improve client outcomes
Quickly address any project issues or client concerns, using your judgment to propose and implement effective solutions
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Forecast and track key account metrics
Support Project Manager accounts as needed
Manage the needs from our SEO Specialists, Content Writers, and PPC Specialists
Continuously track and analyze website performance metrics to optimize on-page conversion rates and drive better results for clients
Have basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Paid Advertising (PPC), and general digital marketing strategies to effectively support client needs and collaborate with specialized teams
Manage the creation of online advertising & marketing materials with internal designers
Coordinate the scheduling and trafficking of advertising creative
Write and edit marketing materials as needed
Brand management and optimization across all platforms
Develop consistent messaging and brand positioning
Originate creative ideas and execute Youtech directed ideas
Work on other projects as assigned by Youtech leadership
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
1 + years of experience in a marketing, media, or advertising environment, ideally in a performance-driven setting
Basic knowledge of digital media channels including but not limited to Paid Search, SEO, Display, and social media
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and updates to both clients and internal teams
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities, with a sharp attention to detail
Analytical aptitude
Thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure situations, maintaining composure and focus under deadlines
Nice to have:
Experience in Google Analytics, Ads and Search Engine Optimization is a plus
Familiarity with the latest media and advertising trends
