Job Responsibility:

  • Support day to day partner operations by helping the ClassPass Strategic Accounts team manage timely client initiatives, such as reporting, quality assurance, and audits, for our largest partners at ClassPass
  • Enter, update, and report on partner data in Salesforce
  • Use Tableau and internal tools to generate monthly reporting
  • Identify, escalate, and troubleshoot operational inefficiencies
  • Assist Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) in creating and building Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Shadow and contribute to partner calls and webinars as needed to support SAMs
  • Serve as additional support as needed in the SA partner support queue, to ensure our partners get fast and quality service

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in account coordination, revenue operations, or a customer or partner facing support role preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Analytical mindset and comfortable working with reporting tools (Salesforce, Tableau, or Excel experience a plus)
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
