Job Description

We're partnering with a leading entertainment company, to find a talented Account Coordinator, Ads to support their dynamic team. This temporary role offers hands-on exposure within a high-volume advertising environment. The position is based on-site in our specified location and involves supporting campaign execution and client success throughout the entire campaign lifecycle.

Job Responsibility

  • Complete and submit internal forms for campaign setup and creative uploads
  • Manage and track tickets related to campaign operations, invoicing, and billing, ensuring timely resolution
  • Coordinate asset collection and verify readiness for campaign trafficking before launch
  • Communicate with clients and teams regarding campaign status, billing, or delivery concerns
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients and agency partners to support seamless campaign execution

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience supporting account coordination, sales planning, or account management in digital media, ideally in video advertising
  • Familiarity with CRM, OMS, and ad serving platforms
  • Working knowledge of Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP advertising
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
