Job Description:

We're looking for an Account Consultant to join our delivery team, supporting recruitment within the clinical sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about people and keen to build a career in recruitment, even without prior experience.

Job Responsibility:

Support the recruitment process for temporary placements in the clinical industry
Source and screen candidates effectively
Manage interview arrangements and candidate communications
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates

Requirements:

Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Interest in recruitment and/or the clinical or scientific sector

Nice to have:
