Job Description

At Move With Us, part of Simplify, we are looking for a new Account Co-ordinator join our friendly team! You'll be comfortable working towards strict SLA's and able to build productive relationships to ensure consistently high standards of work. You will be happy talking to members of the public to arrange and confirm appointments and working in a fast paced environment, as well as dealing with external agents and providing them with clear instructions and deadlines. You will be a real people person but also tenacious and happy to organise and chase down reports to fulfil targets. You'll be computer literate with proficiency across the full Microsoft Office suite (ie, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and familiar with using data to produce reports.
