Job Description:

The Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Intern will support the Marketing and Sales teams on the PASSENGER side by contributing to the execution, optimization, and scaling of ABM initiatives. This role is hands-on and operational, with exposure to account research, campaign preparation, ABM program setup, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Pre-Sales, RevOps, Content, and Marketing.

Job Responsibility:

  • Account Research & Intelligence: Build, enrich, and maintain target account lists
  • Research and map key stakeholders per account
  • Identify and document buying committees and decision-making structures
  • Monitor account-level news and triggers
  • ABM Campaign Preparation & Execution: Prepare account briefs
  • Support LinkedIn ABM advertising initiatives
  • Produce weekly ABM performance summaries and reporting
  • ABM Program Setup & Enablement: Create ABM kits/playbooks by use case
  • Support documentation of ABM processes and workflows
  • Assist in building and maintaining basic ABM dashboards in HubSpot
  • Contribute to sales and marketing enablement materials
  • Support the setup of nurture tracks and sequences
  • Cross-Functional & Strategic Projects: Support the completion and refinement of Buyer Personas
  • Assist in revamping sales assets
  • Collaborate with RevOps and Marketing to support the creation of a Sales Enablement Hub
  • Conduct high-level competitor analysis

Requirements:

  • Business fluency in English (C1)
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Excellent research skills with the ability to structure and synthesize information clearly
  • High attention to detail, especially when working with personalization
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured and organized way
