Job Description:

As an ABM Expert at Designity, you’ll drive high impact, account-based strategies that convert top tier prospects into pipeline and revenue. This hybrid role will lead Designity’s own ABM initiatives as well as support strategic client campaigns, giving you the opportunity to make an impact across industries. You’ll lead ABM programs from strategy to execution, combining personalization, automation, and multi channel tactics. You'll use AI powered tools to streamline targeting, customize messaging at scale, and measure what matters, so your time goes into optimizing what works. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, content, and creative teams to ensure the right message hits the right account at the right time.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own ABM strategy and execution across 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many campaigns
  • Build target account lists using firmographic, technographic, and intent data
  • Run multi-touch campaigns across email, paid media, direct mail, LinkedIn outreach, and sales alignment efforts
  • Optimize landing pages, personalized microsites, and account specific content to improve engagement and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to develop personalized messaging, assets, and outreach strategies
  • Integrate AI driven tools to generate content variants, optimize outreach timing, and automate parts of the buyer journey for scale and efficiency
  • Define and measure ABM success metrics to continuously analyze and optimize ABM performance, adjusting targeting, messaging, and channels based on engagement data
  • Develop real time ABM dashboards and reporting, ensuring both marketing and sales have visibility into account engagement
  • Train sales teams on ABM best practices, helping them leverage personalized outreach effectively

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in ABM, demand generation, or enterprise marketing
  • Proven success in executing multi tiered ABM strategies (1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many)
  • Deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads, programmatic ABM, email automation, and personalization tools
  • Strong background in sales marketing alignment and account-based selling strategies
  • Experience with CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation (Marketo, Pardot)
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to measure and interpret ABM effectiveness, and translate insights into clear, actionable optimization strategies
  • Experience integrating AI tools for personalization, predictive sending, or performance insights
  • Highly organized, results oriented, and confident in managing multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to have:

Experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, or similar) is a plus
