Job Responsibility:
Manage daily financial operations and coordinate with various departments to facilitate seamless administrative functions
Validate financial records and transactions to ensure high levels of accuracy and adherence to internal protocols
Conduct regular reconciliations and system checks to maintain the completeness and consistency of financial data
Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders to address discrepancies and finalize outstanding financial matters
Support the Finance Manager with essential reporting, audit preparation, and tax-related documentation
Requirements:
Diploma in Accountancy or a related field with a foundational understanding of accounting principles
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with external partners
Capable of working independently while maintaining focus on process accuracy and documentation
Proficiency in standard office software and a quick learner of internal financial tools
Prior experience in external or internal audit functions will be highly regarded
