This is a high-visibility commercial role with real ownership and upside. You'll be joining an established US operation with existing client relationships and a strong foundation — and tasked with growing it significantly. Job Responsibility:
Develop and grow new business relationships with luxury and premium brands across beauty, spirits, fashion, retail, hospitality, and beyond
Manage and expand existing US client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact from brief through delivery
Prospect into large brand groups as priority targets — beauty conglomerates, spirits houses, fashion groups
Own the full sales cycle — from outreach and pitch through proposal, negotiation, and handoff to the operations team
Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams across Paris, Asia, and the US
Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
Build and maintain a pipeline with direct reporting to senior leadership
Requirements:
5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in a premium or luxury environment
An existing network within luxury brand procurement, brand experience, or marketing teams is a strong plus
Comfortable managing long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Entrepreneurial self-starter — you thrive with autonomy and don't need a playbook handed to you
A natural storyteller who can convey craft, quality, and brand value in any room
Experienced or comfort with working across international, remote teams in multiple time zones
Nice to have:
An existing network within luxury brand procurement, brand experience, or marketing teams
What we offer:
Base salary: $100,000–$125,000 (up to $130,000 for exceptional candidates with existing luxury brand relationships)
Commission: 1–2% on sales, commensurate with experience and network
