With our team's extensive industry expertise and local knowledge, we're here to help people find, sell, and let their property. Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Accompanied Viewer. This is a part-time, permanent position located in Chester.

Job Responsibility

  • Greeting and professionally showcasing and presenting vendor properties to prospective tenants/buyers
  • Provide information about the property and answer questions from prospective tenants/buyers
  • Provide feedback to the landlords/vendors about the viewings
  • Ensure the property is in a suitable condition for viewings
  • Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed

Requirements

  • Previous sales or retail experience is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative
  • Full UK Driving Licence
