Job Description:

We’re looking for a reliable and hands on Accommodation Warden to oversee the day to day upkeep of our onsite caravans, cottages, and communal areas. This is an important role that helps ensure our seasonal residents have a safe, comfortable, and well maintained place to live. This is a permanent role offering plenty of variety, responsibility and the chance to make a real difference to our onsite community.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carry out day to day maintenance and minor repairs, including basic electrical, plumbing and joinery tasks
  • Allocate accommodation fairly and efficiently, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures
  • Order and maintain stock of essential items such as bedding, utensils, appliances and supplies
  • Keep outdoor spaces tidy, ensuring grass, pathways and communal areas are well maintained
  • Ensure all accommodation is clean, safe and ready for occupancy
  • Liaise with residents and management regarding issues, improvements or maintenance needs
  • Monitor the condition of caravans and cottages, identifying problems early and taking proactive steps to resolve them

Requirements:

  • Handy and practical, with confidence carrying out minor repairs and basic maintenance
  • Good maintenance awareness, able to spot issues early before they become larger problems
  • Organised and proactive - able to manage tasks, prioritise workload and keep accurate records
  • Friendly and approachable, with the ability to deal with residents professionally and respectfully
  • Someone who takes pride in creating a tidy, safe and welcoming living environment
