Join us and make it your own story Trust us, you won't get bored, as you: spend most of your time on the floor, checking the cleanliness of our hotel rooms and public areas; substitute our Housekeeping Operations Manager during their absence; share responsibility for our housekeeping team, which includes both internal staff and external cleaning companies, and ensure the team works together smoothly; train and coach the team, ensuring that the established quality standards are maintained and followed; assist in coordinating the external cleaning companies, handling orders, and checking delivery bills; work hand in hand with our hosts and hotel maintenance to fulfil the wishes of our guests. We've been waiting for you, since you have/are: previous experience in the same position; a passion for cleanliness and order, with a keen eye for detail; presenting yourself confidently, bringing joy to the workplace, and humour is second nature to you; enjoying working with international guests and know exactly how to respond smartly to their diverse needs; speaking English fluently.
