Job Description:

Accommodation Supervisor at The St. Regis Doha, tasked with supporting HR management, handling recruitment processes, resolving employee relations issues, and assisting in various administrative and operational functions

Job Responsibility:

Assist and support management and handling Human Resources issues
monitor all hiring and recruitment processes
respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines
maintain accurate employee records
assist in logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys
answer phone calls and record messages
assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching employees
follow company policies and safety protocols
maintain confidentiality
develop positive working relationships
perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
at least 1 year of supervisory experience
