Accommodation Supervisor

• Support the Accommodation Manager in overseeing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
• Cleaning and maintaining rooms to the highest of standards
• Prepare and distribute room assignment lists, housekeeping schedules, and linen requirements
• Liaise with the Front Desk regarding room status, guest requests, and special needs
• Conduct room inspections and address any discrepancies or maintenance issues promptly
• Manage housekeeping team members, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to room status, housekeeping supplies, and guest requests
• Uphold company policies regarding staff conduct, hygiene, and uniform standards
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory housekeeping role within a hotel environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in a hotel management system (e.g., OPERA) is a plus
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality
