We're looking for an Accommodation Sourcing Executive to join our team and help us secure the best accommodation deals for our customers. You'll be at the heart of our sourcing strategy, working with hotel partners to build a competitive portfolio that delivers great value and unforgettable experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Implement accommodation sourcing plans for your assigned Hotel Partner portfolio, incorporating different methods like wholesale, bed banks, and channel managers in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure a competitive and profitable portfolio
Negotiating and securing contracts with hotel accommodation partners is key, as you'll obtain optimal commercial terms, pricing structures, and allocation commitments that meet business requirements and customer expectations
Monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback will help you identify opportunities for portfolio enhancement and optimization
Working closely with relevant stakeholders such as Product and Revenue teams ensures alignment between sourcing activities and broader commercial and operational requirements
You'll build and maintain effective relationships with accommodation partners to facilitate successful negotiations, resolve issues, and ensure contract compliance
Cooperating with the Revenue team with offers and availability escalation associated with the Hotel Partners in your destination will help us maximize our hotel occupancy and bed to seats position as required
Requirements:
You have proven experience in accommodation sourcing, contracting, or purchasing within the travel and tourism industry
Your ability to negotiate effectively with accommodation partners delivers favorable terms and strong commercial results
You possess good commercial acumen with the ability to structure deals that balance risk and opportunity and identify opportunities for improvement
You have working knowledge of accommodation market dynamics, including pricing models, distribution channels, and contracting approaches
Your analytical skills allow you to interpret market data and financial information to inform decision-making, and you're proficient in MS Office (Copilot, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
You're business fluent in English and willing to travel regularly within assigned destinations (approx 25%)
