Job Description:

We're looking for an Accommodation Revenue Coordinator - Long Haul West to join our team and help us maximize our market share across multiple regions by managing competitive rates, availability, and strategic hotel partnerships.

Job Responsibility:

  • Source special offers and discounts across relevant destinations and regions
  • Manage availability initiatives to ensure optimal inventory control and distribution to maximize revenue
  • Support regional trading performance by monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and booking patterns
  • Build and maintain strong hotelier relationships
  • Implement systematic tracking of availability, bed to seat ratios, and offers activity
  • Monitor and oversee hotel partner actions within our sourcing systems

Requirements:

  • Proven commercial acumen and highly analytical thinking
  • Proven numerical reasoning skills
  • Effective negotiation, persuasion, and feedback skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong customer focus
  • Skilled at time management and process orientation, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
  • Proven experience working within the travel industry or tour operator environment is desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills are essential, with local language skills being desirable
