Job Description

Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, the Accommodation Assistant will carry out housekeeping duties to ensure the highest of standards for our guests.

Job Responsibility

  • To be pleasant and courteous at all times to guests, management and colleagues
  • To ensure guests requirements are carried out efficiently
  • Prepare rooms to the Ashling Hotel standard
  • Ensure public areas are kept to a high standard
  • Report maintenance items as needed

Requirements

  • Flexibility with working hours is essential
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience within the role essential
