Job Description:

This pivotal role centres on engaging with residents, employing an asset-based approach to actively foster positive development. The role works as part of a rota covering 365 days a year, shifts will include: 8am-4pm, 12-8pm Monday to Friday with 1 weekend in 4 working 9am-5pm both days (time off in the week when working the weekend).

  • Support young people to make their voices heard and enable them to participate in activities and events
  • Support young peoples’ engagement with work and learning, develop positive family and other support networks, assist young people to maintain accommodation and to provide support with any problems which may arise
