Job Description:

Delta Solutions and Strategies is seeking an Accessions Case Manager at JBSA Randolph, TX. This position supports USSF Enterprise Talent Management Office and provides direct support to the Accessions Branch.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist the government in managing all current and future accession programs for the USSF
  • Duties will include scheduling and deconflicting accession board schedules, utilizing recruitment platforms, coordinating with USAF, AFRS, ROTC, AFPC, and S1P to identify requirements and codify policy/procedures to meet accession targets listed in the Program Guidance Letter (PGL)
  • Manage and maintain effective record keeping of all written communications with the customers and communicate them to ETMO leadership
  • Maintain a consolidated tracker for all members accessed into the USSF with critical dates to include graduation date, enter active duty, degree, projected training date, and date member received orders

Requirements:

  • 10 years of progressive experience in the Personnel career field, human resources, or operations within the Department of the Air Force
  • Proven ability to manage and oversee multiple concurrent processes and administrative functions
  • BA/BS required
  • Equivalent military experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

Tier 1 investigation desired
