Job Description:

The Access Services Analyst/Project Manager role at NTT DATA requires a bachelor's degree in Information Technology and at least 3 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will leverage their analytical thinking and technical troubleshooting skills to enhance IT service delivery. Responsibilities include consulting on operational delivery, collaborating with peers, and monitoring system performance. Strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Consult and recommend necessary actions for effective operational delivery of core IT Services to all business partners within own area of responsibility: Infrastructure

  • Provide technological input to implementation and operation
  • Supports business projects in planning stages to support consistent design and implementation within existing (planned) infrastructure
  • Contributes to the positive impact of the service improvement programs through effective use KPI’s

  • Extended Hours during Peak Periods/Shift Work/Holiday Work, as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 or more years of experience in the information technology
  • MS Office experience
  • Knowledge of information technology operations
