Job Description:

The Access Services Analyst/Project Manager role at NTT DATA requires a bachelor's degree in Information Technology and at least 3 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will leverage their analytical thinking and technical troubleshooting skills to enhance IT service delivery. Responsibilities include consulting on operational delivery, collaborating with peers, and monitoring system performance. Strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 or more years of experience in the information technology
  • MS Office experience
