Our leadership team is an exceptional group of Government contracting professionals. gTANGIBLE is in the process of identifying candidates for the following position: Requisition Type: Contingent. Position Status: Full Time. Position Title: Access Control Specialist. Location: Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA. Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide access control functions to ensure entry control points are monitored
  • Verify clearances via the Defense Information System for Security (DISS), Scattered Castles, or other authorized means
  • Conduct validation of Information System Authorization Access Requests
  • Issue visiting and temporary badges to visitors and employees
  • Conduct magnetometer and other searches of employees and visitors
  • Utilize the Foreign Visits System – Confirmation Module (FVS-CM) to input all foreign visitors
  • Submit and receive visitor and employee visit/perm certifications
  • Screen incoming and outgoing documents and/or packages to ensure that they are properly wrapped and couriered in accordance with MCIA policy
  • Conduct detailed turnovers with command duty officers
  • Conduct and complete end-of-day checklists and properly open/close MCIA facilities
  • Monitor facility control points via line of sight and CCTV system

Requirements

  • Experience with the following software/applications: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Defense Information System for Security (DISS)
  • Experience in basic access control functions
  • Knowledge and experience using CDX-09 and CDX-10 style locks
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
  • Knowledge and experience providing quality customer service to Government employees, military personnel, contractors, and/or visitors
