Job Responsibility

  • Monitor and control the access of employees and visitors in and out of restricted areas by ensuring people have proper access
  • Ensure that prohibited and restricted items do not find their way in or out of the building
  • Diligently monitor restricted area

Requirements

  • Currently hold an active TS/SCI with Poly
  • Must be able to work 1st Shift: (5:30am - 1:30pm) Monday-Friday (SHIFT +/- 1 hour), 2nd Shift: (1:30pm - 9:30pm) Monday-Friday (SHIFT +/- 1 hour) or 3rd Shift: (9:30pm-5:30am) Sunday- Thursday (SHIFT +/- 1 hour) shift based on contract needs
  • Must have and maintain a valid state driver’s license in good standing
  • High School diploma or GED
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Currently live within a 75-mile radius of San Antonio, TX
  • Read, speak, and understand English language fluently
  • Be comfortable leaving mobile device at home or in car
  • Be available to work 2 major holidays and 1 minor holiday per year
  • 20/20 vision (glasses or contacts count) and close vision correctable to Jaeger No. 4 type test for both eyes
  • Be free of color blindness
  • Normal fields of vision and good depth perception as defined by Snellen chart
  • Hearing correctable to normal level with hearing aids
  • Ability to stand continuously for 4 hours at a time
  • Ability to work independently during scheduled shifts
  • Ability to adapt to change within high-volume, fast-paced environment
