Acceptance Test Manager

• Utilize multiple test environments to conduct daily acceptance testing and reporting activities
• Perform acceptance testing in alignment with test plans, quality standards and defined solution requirements
• Investigate and analyze issues and convert findings into actionable tasks including troubleshooting, incident reporting, defect tracking
• Support solution developers throughout the deployment of new functionalities and enhancements
• Contribute to acceptance test progress, results and overall readiness status reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve, streamline or optimize processes, tools and/or workflows
• Contribute to and participate in 1CP-related initiatives and parallel projects

• Demonstrated experience in acceptance testing, including end-to-end defect lifecycle management
• Ability to manage multiple test environments and execute concurrent testing activities using enterprise systems like Salesforce, EazyFuel, CES Portal, JDE, PayPartner360
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 package
• Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Previous experience in system solution development and/or deployment is considered an advantage
