Accelerate is a youth development program in professional cookery that spans over 3 years. The Orientation year is for candidates to obtain realism of career choice and suitability for the industry before applying for the 3-year program. Professional Cookery Trainees work in all different sections that form part of a hotel kitchen operation to gain practical insight into hotel operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 5kg without assistance
